Meatballs
- 1Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl and pour the cream over them. Let it swell for a while.
- 2Mix the minced meat with the remaining ingredients and breadcrumb mixture.
- 3Roll into small balls.
- 4Fry in plenty of butter, first on high heat for surface browning and then on medium heat until cooked through.
Mashed Potatoes
- 1Peel and chop the potatoes
